Hadow Stuart Short Story Competition
Donald Stuart was President of Fellowship of Australian Writers West Australia (FAWWA) from 1973 to 1975. He wrote a dozen novels based on his early life and work experience in the north of Western Australia. Donald was also a fine short story writer, as was his sister, Lyndall Hadow. So Hadow Stuart Short Story Competion honours two of Western Australia’s short story writers, both of whom played vital roles in the FAWWA. There is no theme and it is open to all Australian writers. |
