The Approaching Landscapes conference introduces key contemporary projects, approaches and techniques within the discipline. The conference is framed around three distinctive themes that identify the various fields and their connections as: Nature, Stereotomics and Tectonics, and Polemics. These themes are fundamental to understanding the context in which Landscape Architecture has developed, from the past to the present.
