Christy Tania is the owner and founder of Glacé, a Melbourne-based pastry restaurant. She was a finalist for Dessert Masters Australia 2024, and has previously been a judge on Masterchef Australia. Her extensive industry experience, both in Australia and in France, make her a uniquely talented and inventive chef who blends classical training with imagination and exploration.
Renowned for her Sweet Greek produce shop, Kathy Tsaples now shares her favourite recipes learned in her mother’s kitchen, in this beautifully produced book.
Kathy’s story is inspirational. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, she quit her profession to pursue her dream of cooking and opening a shop to offer the best of authentic Greek cuisine. Thousands of Melburnians are glad she did! She is the author of two Sweet Greek cookbooks.
