Gerald Diffey
Gerald, an ex-Pom with an art-school background and passion for food and wine moved to Melbourne in the early 90’s. After 15 years in hospitality, Gerald’s Bar was opened in 2006 where patrons have been enamoured by Gerald’s deeply held belief that restaurants and bars are all about conviviality, connection and community.
